Refund and Returns Policy
At Super Bowl Hotel Suites, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for all our guests. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our Refund and Return Policy carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on bookings and services.
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Full Refund: If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before your scheduled check-in date, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel your booking 7 to 13 days before your check-in date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some special promotions, discounted rates, or packages may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. In such cases:
- No Refund will be issued, regardless of the cancellation date.
- Please review the booking terms carefully before finalizing your reservation.
3. Changes to Bookings
- Changes to Booking Dates: If you need to modify your booking (such as changing the check-in or check-out dates), such changes must be requested at least 14 days in advance of your original check-in date. Any modifications will be subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
4. Refund Processing
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
- Method of Refund: All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking. refund will be in cash.
5. Exceptions
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to check in on your scheduled date and do not notify us in advance, no refund will be issued.
- Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we may offer a flexible refund or rescheduling option. Please contact our customer service for assistance in such cases.

To cancel or modify your booking and request a refund:

- Include your booking confirmation number, name, and reason for cancellation in your request.
7. Non-Refundable Products and Services
